* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norbert Huber
Norbert J. Huber, 81, U.S. Route 127, North Star, died at 5:08 a.m. March 29, 2007, at Grandview Hospital, Dayton, of natural causes.
He was born Dec. 28, 1925, in Fort Loramie, to Frank and Hedwig Schulze Huber.
Surviving are four brothers, Pete, Frank (Diana) and Paul (Barb), all of North Star, and Louie (Janie) Versailles; five sisters, Rita Stammen, Sharpsburg, Ruth (Carl) Stammen and Betty (Tony) Feltz, all of St. Henry, Mildred Siefring, Coldwater, and Dorothy Barga, North Star; and a brother-in-law, Lavern Rindler, St. Henry.
Deceased are two sisters, Eleanor Schoenlein and Delores Rindler; four brothers-in-law, Melvin Stammen, Virgil Schoenlein, Othor Barga and Elmer Siefring; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Huber.
He retired as a post master of North Star, had worked at the former Mersman Tables, Celina, and was a U.S Army Veteran. He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star, and it's Men's Society. He also was a member of the North Star American Legion, where he was treasurer for 40 years, and was a little league coach.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. David Zink officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry, and 9-10 a.m. Monday at the church. Military services will be conducted by the North Star American Legion.
