* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Viola Bruns
Viola M. Bruns, 95, 1209 Indiana Ave., St. Marys, died at 6:20 a.m. March 28, 2007, at St. Marys Living Center.
She was born Dec. 24, 1911, in Minster, to Herman and Catherine Hucker Berning. On Sept. 10, 1930, she married Ferdinand Bruns, who died in March 1967.
Surviving are four sons, Mike, of Michigan, Bill, Decatur, Ind., Tom, Ada, and Robert, Rockford; seven daughters, Darlene Thees, Millie Donovan, Vicki Giere and Marie Hornburger, of Celina, Clara Beougher, Rockford, Wilma Quellhorst, St. Marys, and Thelma Grilliot, Lakeland, Fla.; a sister, Alma Davis, St. Marys; 35 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren, nine stepgreat-grandchildren and 14 stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Donald and John; three daughters, Martha Young, Ruth McMahan and Helen Pearson; three brothers, Richard, Herbert, Raymond, Albert and Henry Berning; and two sisters, Angie and Linda.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 9 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
There are no calling hours.
