Students at Celina West Elementary School react to the statewide tornado drill and siren test in Ohio this morning at about 9:50 a.m. The students moved from their classrooms to the hallway, sat down, hunched over and covered their heads. Mercer County has a total of 23 tornado and warning sirens. There are five in Celina, four in Jefferson Township, three in Coldwater, two in St. Henry and nine others near villages, reports Mike Robbins of the Homeland Security and Emergency Management office in Celina.
