* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Former Cincinnati Reds player Todd Benzinger, right, works with some local kids on fielding drills during a clinic involving former Reds at the Eastview Park dedication on Sunday. Benzinger was joined by former Reds Ron Oester, Stephen Larkin and Mo Sanford. There is still some work to be done on the field just prior to the outfield grass, which Athletic Alliance, the company installing the XL Synthetic turf, hopes to have done by the Bulldogs' first home game on Friday.
