U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns talks with the media following Saturday's annual Farm Forum in Piqua. Johanns said U.S. farm exports are predicted to hit a record $78 billion this year, but cautioned that U.S. farm programs need reformed to head off more WTO lawsuits alleging unfair trade practices.
