* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sara Mescher
Sara J. Mescher, 48, 55 W. Sixth St., Minster, died at 6 p.m. March 7, 2007, at her residence, due to a sudden illness.
She was born Dec. 14, 1958, in St. Marys, to Paul and Alfrieda Hartings Mescher. Her mother survives in Minster.
Also surviving are three brothers, Dale (Lisa), Minster, Ronald, Celina, and Mark (Rose), Englewood; a sister, Joyce (Carl Ferneding) Weekley, Cincinnati.
Deceased are two brothers, Donald and Douglas.
She was a teacher's aid at Minster Elementary School for more than 20 years. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and a children's Mass monitor, American Legion Auxiliary Post 387 and Athletic Boosters, all of Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, New Bremen, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at St. Augustine Cemetery, Minster.
Services are 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
