Getting ready for baseball

Workers unroll part of the new artificial turf for the baseball infield at Eastview Park in Celina on Monday morning. The XL Synthetic Field Turf is being installed over the entire infield portion of the main diamond at Eastview. The turf and other planned improvements are part of a $250,000 donation to the city from Celina Insurance Group and the Don and Bill Montgomery families.
