* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bernice Houts
Bernice L. Houts, 85, formerly of 1 N. Eastmoor Drive, New Bremen, died at 3:50 a.m. Feb. 26, 2007, at Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
She was born Nov. 7, 1921, in Shelby County, to Elmer and LaRue Dodds Fischbach. On Aug. 4, 1945, she married Albert Houts, who died July 11, 2003.
Surviving are two brothers, Rodney (Rowena) Fischbach, Cambridge City, Ind., and Carrol Fischbach, St. Marys; a sister, Shirley (LaVern) Pax, Pickerington; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Fischbach, Piqua.
Deceased are four brothers, Ronald, Paul, Orville and Richard Fischbach; two sisters, Beverly Moeller and Eleanor Fischbach; a brother-in-law, Warren Moeller; and a sister-in-law, Delores Fischbach.
She retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys, after 33 years as a timekeeper and helped operate Joe's Drive-Thru Carry-out, New Bremen, with her husband. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church of Christ, New Bremen, and the Red Hat Society at the nursing home.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. John Tostrick, officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to St. Paul UCC or the VNH activities fund.
