* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Henry Schulte
Henry E. Schulte, 90, 4974 state Route 219, Coldwater, died at 11:15 p.m. Feb. 24, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
He was born April 12, 1916, in Osgood, to Frank and Rosa Zumbrink Schulte. On June 7, 1947, he married Emerita Schroer, who survives.
Also surviving are a brother, Edward, Celina; and a sister, Roseann Wourms, Celina.
Deceased are three brothers, Paul, Norbert and Vernon; and two sisters, Loretta Remaklus and Rita Schulte.
He was a retired postal clerk for the U.S. Postal Service, Celina, and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, American Legion Post 470, Knights of Columbus Council 1991, all of Coldwater, and Moose Lodge and VFW Post 5713, both of Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial with military rites is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
