* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Barbara Deitsch
Barbara Lynn Deitsch, 61, 236 Bayview Drive, Celina, died of natural causes Feb. 18, 2007, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 7, 1945, in Celina, to Charles Thomas and Doris Elaine Muter Behm. Her mother survives in Celina.
Also surviving are two sons, Bryan (Debbie), Ocala, Fla., and Brent (Jeanie), Trinity, Ala.; a brother, Charles E. (Vicki) Behm, Celina; and a grandchild.
She was employed as a transport driver. She attended Celina High School and was a member of Community of Christ Church, St. Marys.
Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at the church, the Revs. Bob Deitsch and Dave Scott officiating.
There are no calling hours.
Contributions can be made to the church or The Cancer Association of Mercer County.
Arrangements are being handled by W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
