* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Quilt making

Abby Naveau, of Coldwater, sews pieces of her 20 turn quilt on Saturday afternoon at village hall building in Coldwater. The 20 turns signify 20 squares in the quilt. The event was sponsored by Coldwater Public Library.
