* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rev. Reva Ford
The Rev. Reva Kay Ford, 68, of Willshire, died at 9:55 a.m. Jan. 24, 2007, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 7, 1938, in Huntington, W.Va., to Glen and Elaine Wyant Miller. Her mother survives in Willshire. On June 7, 1959, she married the Edwin Ford, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Edwin L. III (Lisa), Decatur, Ind., and Jeff (Terri), Columbus; a daughter, Kimberly (Matt) Feasel, Willshire; a brother, David D. (Chieko) Miller, Ponte Verda, Fla.; and 11 grandchildren.
She and her husband were co-pastors for the Church of God, headquartered in Anderson, Ind. They also served churches in Ohio, Missouri, Kentucky and retired to Willshire in 2003. She served an internship for Hospital Chaplaincy, Bloomington, Ind., and attended the Mid-America University Center, Oklahoma, City, Okla. for Pastor Studies of Theology, Anderson, Ind.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at First Church of God, Van Wert, the Revs. Phil Miller and William Jeffers officiating. Burial is at Willshire Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
