* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Walter Boehmer
Walter K. Boehmer, 78, 602 Greenville Road, St. Marys, died at 1 a.m. Jan. 19, 2007, at his residence.
He was born March 2, 1928, in Celina, to Anthony and Christine Naseman Boehmer. On July 11, 1953, he married Beatrice Bruggeman, who died Nov. 4, 1992. In 1995, he married Chris Wyen, who died in 2000.
Survivors are a son, Kenneth, Grove City; four daughters, Chris (Michael) Musser, New Knoxville, Mary Jo Rupert, Lima, Laura (Paul) Renfro, Celina, and Michelle (Mark) Henegar, New Knoxville; a stepson, Paul (Nancy) Wyen, Shoreline, Wash.; a stepdaughter, Susan (Jerry) Dolph, Cincinnati; two brothers, James (Martha), St. Marys, and Herman (Alice), Dayton; five sisters, Jeanette Borges and Lucy Schoch, both of Minster, Virginia (Harold) Kleinhenz, St. Henry, Dorothy (Elmer) Fink, Celina, and Joann Katterheinrich, Toledo; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Mark and a grandchild.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a 1946 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, American Legion Post 323 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 767, all of St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
