* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Melissa Kogge
Melissa "Missie" Kogge, 35, 260 S. Garfield St., Minster, died at 8:10 a.m. Jan. 17, 2007, in an automobile accident on U.S. 127, south of Celina.
She was born Oct. 16, 1971, in Sidney, to Jerry and Charlene Fullenkamp Henkaline. Her father survives in Minster and her mother survives in Columbus. On April 22, 1995, she married Marc Kogge, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Wesley, a daughter, Taylor, and twins, Andrew and Katie, all at home; three brothers, Travis (Jessica) Henkaline, Grand Rapids, Mich., Trent Henkaline, Minster, and Ty Henkaline, Columbus; and parents-in-law, Paul and Donna Kogge, St. Marys.
She worked as a guardian ad litem for the Shelby County court system, as a C.S.P. supervisor and therapist at Foundations Behavioral Health, Celina, and a Licensed Independent Social Worker. She was a 1990 graduate of Minster High School; a 1994 graduate of Bowling Green State University with dual degrees in psychology and sociology; and a 1997 graduate of The Ohio State University with a master's degree in social work. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Rick Neiberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 1-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
