* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Evelyn Goodwin
Evelyn Ginter Goodwin, 64, of St. Marys, died at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 16, 2007, at a daughter's residence in Mendon.
She was born Oct. 30, 1942, in Terre Haute, Ind., to Sam and Maggie Smith Addis. She married Mickey Ginter Sr., who survives. She later married Yale Goodwin Sr., who is deceased.
Also surviving are two sons, Mickey Jr. (Linda) and Donnie (Angel) Ginter, all of St. Marys; five daughters, Delight (Cliff) Damron, Doreen (Mike) Freewalt and Bonnie (Toby) Evans, all of St. Marys, Naomi (Ivan) Osborn, Mendon, and Samantha (Shawn) Miller, Rockford; a stepson, Yale (Theresa) Goodwin, St. Marys; two brothers, Edward (Kathy) Addis, Toledo, and Doug (Sue) Addis, all of Toledo; three sisters, Marilyn (Dale) Nevers, Temperance, and Cheryl Addis and Annie (Ben) Cooper, all of Toledo; 27 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and worked 17 years at St. Marys Evening Leader and three years at Wapakoneta Daily News. She was a 1960 graduate of Toledo Whitier High School. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, St. Marys.
Services are 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Calling is after 5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
