* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

A firefighter works at the scene of a fatal accident this morning on U.S. 127 at Johnston Road, south of Celina. A Minster woman, reportedly the mother of four young children, died in the 8:10 a.m. crash.
