* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

George Hoying
George C. Hoying, 89, 5940 Fort Recovery-Minster Road, St. Henry, died at 11:20 p.m. Jan. 8, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
He was born July 1, 1917, in Carthagena, to Herman and Catherine Albers Hoying. On June 9, 1943, he married Neoma Schmiesing, who survives.
Also surviving are five sons, Dennis (Nancy), Coldwater, John (Diana), St. Henry, James (Karen), Chickasaw, Randall (Linda), St. Henry, and Thomas (Gina), Bradenton, Fla.; four daughters, Joann (David) Schindler, Dayton, Margaret (William) Dulin, Union City, Ind., Patricia (Howard) Overman, New Bremen, and Donna (Carl) Murphy, Springfield, Va.; a brother, Herman (Merilda), St. Henry; a sister, Justine Wilker, Montezuma; 23 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Mary Evers and Alvina Evers.
He was a farmer. He attended St. Francis Catholic Church and was a member of its men's Holy Name Society, Cranberry Prairie. He also was a member of the St. Henry Knights of Columbus, the Mercer County Farm Bureau and was a past school board member of St. Henry Consolidated Local Schools.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Henry Catholic Church, the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial is at St. Francis Cemetery, Cranberry Prairie.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
