* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Judy Money
Judy Ann Money, 60, 29 Sesame St., Portland, Ind., died Jan. 7, 2007. at Parkview Nursing Home, Muncie, Ind., following an extended illness.
She was born Aug. 19, 1946, in Muncie, to Harold and Mary McMaken Powers.
Surviving are two sisters, Jo Ellen Powers, Albany, Ind., and Debbie (Ken) Frazier, Columbus, Ind.
She formerly taught English at Bryant High School and Fort Recovery High School for 25 years. A 1965 graduate of Gaston High School, she received a bachelor of science and a master's degree in education from Ball State University. She was a member of Church of the New Covenant, Portland.
Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Portland chapel of Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home, with Pastor Terry Bye officiating. Burial will follow at Elizabethtown Cemetery north of Gaston.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
