* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Goodyear strikers on the line Thursday morning in St. Marys were in good spirits anticipating ratification of a new three-year contract, which passed easily Thursday evening by all 12 United Steelworkers unions in the United States. John Tobens, left, Steve Uhlenhake and Dave Irons are eager to get back to work.
