* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Ausland
Betty J. Ausland, 69, 400 Touvelle St., Celina, died at 3:24 a.m. Dec. 26, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born April 20, 1937, in Louisville, Ky., to Louise Dunlap, who survives there. Her adoptive parents, Harry and Elsie Shane McManis, are deceased.
Other survivors are a daughter, Becky (Tim) Kingen, Muncie, Ind.; two brothers, Chuck Sullivan, Tecumseh, Mich., and Robert Williamson, Louisville; two sisters, Joyce Nethery and Norma Edwards, both of Shepherdsville, Ky.; five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; and caregiver, Kathleen Sudhoff, Celina.
Deceased is a sister, Barb Cundriff.
She was a homemaker.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at the chapel of the Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery, Anderson, Ind.
Calling is one hour prior to services.
Arrangements are by Miller Funeral Home, state Route 703, West Chapel, St. Marys.
