* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Diegel
James L. Diegel, 54, of Wapakoneta, died at 4:16 a.m. Dec. 26, 2006, at Wapakoneta Manor, following a lengthy illness.
He was born Feb. 17, 1952, in Celina, to Ganell and Irma Osborne Diegel. His mother survives in Mendon and his father is deceased. On June 16, 1985, he married Diane K. Harshbarger, who survives in Wapakoneta.
Also surviving are a son, Chris Diegel, Celina; two brothers, Ganell Jr. (Deb), and Reid (Deana), all of Houston, Texas; three sisters, Patty (Myron) Hartings, Celina, Hazel (Michael) Franklin, Ansonia, and Julie (Tim) Oechsle, Greens Fork, Ind.; and a brother-in-law, Rick (Edie) Harshbarger, Wapakoneta.
He worked 31 years as a mechanic for Jim's Harley Davidson, Mendon. He was a 1971 graduate of the former Mendon-Union High School and a member of the Chained Eagles of Ohio, the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie 691 and AMVETS Post 333, both of Wapakoneta.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, the Rev. Randy Christian officiating. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Chained Eagles of Ohio.
