* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Virginia Zizelman
Virginia M. Zizelman, 89, formerly of 8321 state Route 197, Celina, died at 6:20 p.m. Dec. 18, 2006, at The Gardens of Celina.
She was born April 26, 1917, in Rockford, to Grover and Ethel Strete Graham. On Jan. 14, 1937, she married Willard Zizelman, who died July 3, 1983.
Survivors are four sons, Roger (Carolyn), Marvin, Rex (Zelda) and Gail (Carolyn), all of Celina; two daughters-in-law, Sharon, Coldwater, and Carol, Celina; a brother, Dewain (Ellen) Graham, Toledo; a sisters, Marjorie (Claire) Carver, Monroe, Ind.; 23 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Louis and Don; three brothers, John, Charles Eugene and James Graham; three sisters, Lena Graham, Mary Cook and Kathryn Egger; two grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
She retired from the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys. She was a member of the Celina Baptist Temple.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
