* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Okaleah Fuelling
Okaleah M. Fuelling, 86, of Willshire, died at 8:15 a.m. Dec. 16, 2006, at Adams Memorial Hospital, Decatur, Ind., following a brief illness.
She was born July 26, 1920, in Van Wert County, to Walter G. and Daisy Pearl August Stetler. She married Edgar C. Fuelling, who died Aug. 17, 1997.
Survivors are a son, Edgar E. (Lynne), Celina; two sisters, Rosalie Young, Willshire, and Anita Sovine, Pleasant Mills, Ind.; two nieces, Vendetta (Craig) Gutshall, Huntington, Ind., and Mary (Ron) Manley, Decatur, Ind.; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Eugene, Charles and Jack Stetler; and three sisters, Maxine Huffman, Mary Lou Suman and Imogene Stetler.
She retired in 1985 after 42 years of service with General Electric, Decatur.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, the Rev. Mark Rutledge officiating. Burial is at St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery, Fuelling.
Calling is 2-4 and 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
