* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Orval Dicke
Orval C. Dicke, 97, 511 Hoyng St., Celina, died 5 p.m. Dec. 13, 2006, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Sept. 29, 1909, in Liberty Township, to F.W. and Augusta Schmidt Dicke. On Dec. 21, 1929, he married Dorothy A. Miller, who died Feb. 9, 2000.
Surviving are a daughter, Sharleen (Cyril) Mangen, Celina; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are four brothers, Arnold, Edward, Otto J. and Albert; and three sisters, Viola Dicke, Olga Burrous and Flora Subler.
He retired in 1974 after 27 years of service at the former Mersman Brothers, Celina.
Private services were held today at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Douglas Meyer officiated. Burial was at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
