* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dennis Poppe
Dennis Poppe, 60, 5409 Tama Road, Celina, died at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 12, 2006, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Feb. 5, 1946, in Celina, to Adrian Donald and Bessie Hoenie Poppe. His mother survives in Bay City, Mich. He was previously married to Judy Hogan, who survives in Indian Lake. His fiance of 30 years, Shirley Endicott, survives in Celina.
Also surviving are three sons, Dion (Sarah), Decatur, Ind., Donald (Rachel), Tallahassee, Fla., and Darren (Dianna), Rockford; two daughters, Belinda Perin, Montezuma, and Beverly (Stewart) Kellermeyer, Mendon; two sisters, Charlott (Ronald) Gray, Celina, and Tonda Sill, Russell; and 10 grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Connie Bollenbacher.
He was a truck driver.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Arvid Harklau officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
