* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norma Caillet
Norma Caillet, 87, 811 Edward St., St. Marys, died at 8:05 a.m. Dec. 9, 2006, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born Nov. 17, 1919, in Cuyahoga Falls, to Fred and Ruth Jamison Wright. On Sept. 4, 1941, she married Eugene Caillet, who died Dec. 17, 2001.
Survivors are a daughter, Nell Stevenson, Columbus; a sister, Josephine Hague, Cuyahoga Falls; two grandsons, three great-grandchildren and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Ruth Finke; and a son-in-law, Thomas Stevenson.
She worked at Firestone Corporation, Akron, and as church secretary of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys. A graduate of Kent State University, she held degrees in business distraction and special education and taught for many years at McBroom Junior High School, St. Marys.
She was advisor of the Pincushion Pals 4-H Club for 35 years in St. Marys. She received the volunteer award from the American Red Cross; was Worthy Grand Matron of the Hawthorne Chapter, Order of Eastern Star; sang in the church choir; and was a member of the Shakespeare Club and Progress Club.
Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. David Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is after noon Wednesday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church or the Alzheimer's Association.
Arrangements are by Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
