* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Glen Whetstone
Glen E. Whetstone, 80, 02388 Easterly Road, St. Marys, died at 1:14 a.m. Dec. 8, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born April 7, 1926, in Auglaize County, to Harry and Lulu Seewer Whetstone. On Sept. 3, 1949, he married Floy Snyder, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Pamela Whetstone and Mitchi Collette, both of Elmore; two brothers, Freeman, of Jackson, Mich., and Kenneth, Celina; five sisters, Beatrice Miller, Lima, Gale Becker, Spencerville, Norma Poppe, Spencerville, Mary Lou Boroff, St. Marys, and Ruth Ann Osborne, Bryan.
Deceased is a brother, Paul.
He was a farmer and had retired after 43 years of service at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys. He was a member of the United Steel Workers and Salem United Methodist Church, Wapakoneta.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Greg Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
