* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Corcoran
Richard F. Corcoran, 86, of Montezuma, died at 3:10 a.m. Nov. 29, 2006, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Aug. 10, 1920, in Cincinnati, to Charles and Mamie Landwehr Corcoran. On Sept. 14, 1946, he married Clara Grace Godfrey, who is deceased.
Survivors are two sons, Richard D. (Cathy), Muncie, Ind., and Robert C. (Donna), Westport, Ky.; a daughter, Rebecca Cook, Celina; a brother, John (Hazel), Erlanger, Ky.; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are a brother, Charles and a sister, Louise.
He retired from the jet engine testing field at G. E., Cincinnati. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War II.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Kevin Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Burdge Cemetery, Montezuma, with military honors provided by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713 and American Legion Post 210, both of Celina.
Calling is after 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
