* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

"Thoroughly Modern Millie" will be in town this weekend as the Celina High School Chamber Choir takes the stage at the educational complex auditorium on Livingston Street. Available at the door, tickets are $8 for the shows. which are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Friday and 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Some of the show's fabulous, good-time flappers are Sarah Pierstorff, left, Kylie Temple, Dana Kesselring, Marilyn Barrett and Alyssa Westgerdes.
