* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Evelyn Wicker
Evelyn J. Wicker, 72, died the evening of Nov. 19, 2006, at Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Ind.
She was born Dec. 22, 1933, in Cambridge City, Ind., to Simeon Crockett and Mary Louise Brookes Haler. Her husband, William George Wicker, died in 1990.
Survivors are four sons, James D. (Judy) Gerrian, Cambridge City, Ind., Mark A. Kempton, Lima, William V. (Sarah), Union City, Ind., and Verlin C., of Wisconsin; two daughters, Sonja L. (Francis) Bunger, New Castle, Ind., and Wilma C. (Tim) Stipp, Winchester, Ind.; six brothers, Junior Haler, Bloomington, Ind., Charles, Clifford and Ronnie Haler, all of Cambridge City; three sisters, Virginia York, Winchester, Laurel Nash, Mount Auburn, Ind., and Faith Elliot, New Castle; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant daughter, Greta; two brothers, William and David Haler; four sisters, Marcella Haler, Margaret Stockton, Helen Taylor and Mary Louise Siggers; and a grandson.
She was a homemaker and retired in 1980 after 16 years of service as a custodian at Randolph Eastern School Corp. She was a member of the Betty Boop Club.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin, Ind., the Rev. Jim Noggle officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Cambridge City.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
