* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Clem Homan
Clem J. Homan, 71, 13115 Ross-Medford Road, Rossburg, died at 1:50 p.m. Nov. 19, 2006, at Dayton Heart Hospital.
He was born March 19, 1935, in Cassella, to Ben and Catherine Hoying Homan. On Oct. 28, 1959, he married Wanda Rethman, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, David, Rossburg; a daughter, Linda (Dan) Oldiges, Carmel, Ind.; a brother, Lester (Anita), Cassella; a sisters, Dorothy (Norman) Guggenbiller, Sharpsburg; a sister-in-law, Hilda Homan, St. Henry; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Ronald and a brother, Cletus.
He was a former employee of Bremco Mills, New Bremen; Copeland, Sidney; LeRoi Dresser Corp, Sidney, and was a farmer. He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star, and Fraternal Order of Eagles 3025, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. David Zink officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry, and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
