* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dolores Fullenkamp
Dolores Fullenkamp, 91, of Fort Recovery, died at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 2, 2006, at the home of her nephew, John and Marlene Bihn Jr., Fort Recovery.
She was born April 9, 1915, in Fort Recovery, to Jacob and Gertrude King Fullenkamp.
Survivors are a twin brother, Verner, Coldwater; a sister, Cleopha (John) Bihn Sr., Fort Recovery; and three sisters-in-law, Betty, Fort Recovery, and Jeanette and Rosaline, both of St. Henry.
Deceased are six brothers, Modana, Vincent, Ferd, Dominic, Omar and Donald and a sister, Belinda Brunswick.
She was employed by the former Jay Garment, Portland, Ind. She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church and the Daughters of Isabella Circle 810, both Fort Recovery.
Funeral Mass is 11:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday and 10-11 a.m. Monday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
