* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jeff Hardin
Former Versailles resident Jeff Scott Hardin, 40, of Mountain Lake, Minn., died Oct. 24, 2006, in Mountain Lake. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born April 20, 1966, in Greenville, to James Champ, who survives in Fort Recovery, and Ann Marchal Link, who survives in Versailles.
Also surviving are a daughter, Lisa, of Canton; two brothers, Daniel McCarty, Bradford, and Lee Link, Versailles; four sisters, Deanna Davis, Greenville, Jodie Black, New Weston, Rebecca Mincer, of Georgia, and Christy Hunt, Greenville; a stepfather, Alvin Hardin, of Indiana; a stepmother, Margaret Champ, Fort Recovery; and a stepbrother, Zachary Champ, Fort Recovery.
Deceased are a brother, Joe McCarty; and a stepfather, Wilford Link.
He was a tool and die maker at Bolzer Inc., Mountain Lake.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles, the Rev. David Vincent officiating. Burial is at Ansonia Cemetery.
