* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Nagy
John Karl Nagy, 87, 6100 Nagy Road, Celina, died at 1:30 a.m. Oct. 23, 2006, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Feb. 22, 1919, in Detroit, Mich., to Charles K. and Esther D. Nagy. On July 19, 1947, he married Marilyn J. Corrigan, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, John E. (Pam) and Mark A., all of Celina; two daughters, Carla A. (Linus) Post, Coldwater, and Cecelia E. (Terry) Kremer, Celina; a sister, Esther Sokoloski, Vandalia; seven grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Deceased are five brothers, Charles, Vincent, Jack, Alex and Joseph, and a grandson.
He was former owner and operator of M.J. Bar, Dayton, and retired from the 7-Up company after 27 years. He was known locally as the "7-Up Man" and the "Candy Man." He attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. James Dugal officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
