* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Arthur Kronenberger
Arthur J. Kronenberger, 81, of Dayton, died Oct. 18, 2006, at his home following a lengthy illness.
He was born Oct. 4, 1925, in Dayton, to Rudolph and Elizabeth Lemming Kronenberger. In 1946, he married Alice Rindler, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons, John, Mission Viejo, Calif., Joseph (Judy) Lee, Dayton, Gerard (Teresa), Tipp City, and Eddy (Amy), Riverside; three daughters, Karen, Sequim, Wash., Judy (Ron) Hart, Beavercreek, and Barbara LeMaster-Pankiewicz (Ray Pankiewicz), Woodbridge, Va.; two sisters, Marie Ballmann, Brookville, and Virginia Guess, Sebastian, Fla.; 18 grandchildren; a foster grandchild and eight great-grandchildren.
He was a retired Catholic deacon and manager of Sinclair Community College Bookstore and had worked in the Dayton area at the Miami Cigar and Tobacco Company; L.C. George Company, as bookstore manager at the University of Dayton; and first bookstore manager at Sinclair Community College. A graduate of Chaminade High School, he was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was ordained in 1976 for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and served the St. Mary Parish and Immaculate Conception Church, both in Dayton. He retired from active ministry in 2002.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church, Dayton. Burial is at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. today at Tobias Funeral Home, Belmont Chapel, Dayton, and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
