* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alli Darra and Jenna Coon, both fourth-graders in Susan Weitzel's class at Immaculate Conception School, Celina, add water to the bread dough they were making this morning in class. Each child will take home a loaf of bread at the end of the day.
