Scott, left, and Dave Rosenbeck have spent the past eight years remodeling the Pauck Building in downtown St. Marys. The nine apartments boast some spectacular views through the numerous windows. Five apartments, including the large third-floor corner unit with seven fan windows, are available. Rental range is $350 to $480 depending on size. All are one-bedroom units.
