* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Henry Fullenkamp
Henry F. "Hank" Fullenkamp, 79, 1992 Kelch Rd., Russia, died at 3 a.m. Aug. 25, 2006, following an extended illness.
He was born April 29, 1927 in Maria Stein to Bernard and Rosa Streacker Fullenkamp. On June 18, 1952, he married Mary Margaret Meyer, who survives.
Also surviving are one son, Patrick (Linda), Bellbrook; three daughters, Deborah (Robert) Wehner and Rose (Gregory) Pleiman, all of Russia, Brenda (Joseph) Demeter, Springfield; a brother, Othmar (Mary) Fullenkamp, Maria Stein; a sister, Martha (Robert) Lee, Lincoln, Neb.; two sisters-in-law, Edna Fullenkamp, Botkins and Martha Fullenkamp, Cincinnati; and 10 grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers and three sisters.
He was a member of St. Remy Church, Russia, St. Joseph Sodality, Knights of Columbus, Third Degree St. Remy and Fourth Degree St. Gaspar Del Bufalo. He was past Eucharistic minister for the homebound, a church usher and past parish council.
He was past chairman of Russia Homecoming, past officer of the Russia Civic Association, and a member of St. John choir.
He was employed in sales and retired from Treaty Company/Hughes Supply, Plumbing and Heating after 35 years.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Frank Amberger officiating.
Calling is 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
Memorials may be made to Maryknoll Missions and to Hospice of Miami County.
