* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Flora French
Flora Duncan French, 92, of Richland, Ga., died Aug. 22, 2006, at Palmyra Nursing Home, Albany, Ga. She had been ill the past six years.
She was born Jan. 26, 1914, in Americus, Ga., to George and Flora Hamil Duncan. She married James Marion French Sr., who is deceased.
Survivors are a son, Jimmy (Janice), Richland; a daughter, Marianne (Kenneth) Boggs, Celina; a brother-in-law, Arthur G., Alpharetta, Ga.; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Martha Duncan Sanders.
She was retired from the Richland Banking Company. She was an honor graduate of Americus High School and attended what is now Georgia Southwestern University. She was a member of the Richland First Baptist Church and the Golden Chords Choir.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the church the Rev. Mark Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Harmony Cemetery, Richland.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. today at her home in Georgia.
Contributions can be made to the church or Georgia Baptist Children's Home, Palmetto, Ga.
Smith Funeral Home, Richland, handled arrangements.
