* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Heckler
Virginia L. Heckler, 78, 424 W. Fulton St., Celina, died at 5 p.m. Aug. 21, 2006, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 17, 1928, in Celina, to Ralph and Mabel Rexrode Wilson. On Oct. 17, 1947, she married James Heckler, who died July 5, 1992.
Survivors are two sons, James Nick (Laura), Hellertown, Penn., and Donald J., Celina; and one daughter, Carol (John) Tonkin, Celina; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and 1946 graduate of Celina High School. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and American Legion Post 210 Auxiliary, Celina.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are by Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
