* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Moms and Dads showed off the area's cutest babies Saturday at the Mercer County Banner Fair. Contests every two hours were held for ages zero to 18 months. The contest was sponsored by Mercer Health and is an annual event.
