* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roma Linn
Roma J. Linn, 87, 8038 Linn Road, Celina, died at 8:25 p.m. Aug. 8, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born March 10, 1919, in Mercer County, to Frederick and Anna Brehm Linn. On Dec. 2, 1941, he married Dorothy M. Pond, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Robert L. (Joyce), Celina, Frederick J. (Charlotte), Berne, Ind., and Randy (Paula), Rockford; two daughters, Patricia Ann (Harold) Shaffer, Rockford, and Betty E. (Paul) Borger, St. Henry; a sister-in-law, Jane, Coldwater; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Arlie; and two sisters, Lela Linn and Addie Anderson.
He retired from New Idea, Coldwater. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of St John Lutheran Church and American Legion Post 210, both of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Arvid Harklow officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
Contributions can be made to Cancer Society, Mercer Health Home Care or the church.
