* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

A cartoon opens the movie night at Coldwater Memorial Park on Thursday as the crowd watches. The main feature was "High School Musical." This was the first event of the Coldwater Community Picnic, which continues through this weekend.
