* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruth King
Ruth Elizabeth King, 89, 1301 Myers Road, Celina, died Aug. 3, 2006, at The Gardens of Celina.
She was born Jan. 26, 1917, in Auglaize County to Harry H. and Bertha (Huelsmeyer) Wiehe. On Oct. 14, 1945, she was married to Richard King, who died Aug. 14, 2004.
Surviving are two daughters, Pamela (Bruce) McClelland, and Deborah Duncan, both of Seattle, Wash.; two daughters-in-law, Maxine King, Stoughton, Wisc. and Martha King, address unknown; a brother, Victor Wiehe, Florida; a sister, Elizabeth King, Fremont; nine grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Deceased is a son, Steve King, one brother, Howard Wiehe and one sister, Edna Hirschfeld.
She was self-employed and had operated Bee's Beauty Salon. A 1935 graduate of New Bremen High School, she was a member of the Celina Garden club, Celina Elks and St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina.
Services will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. The Rev. Jeff Smalley will officiate and burial will be held at a later date.
Calling hours are Sunday from 1 p.m. to the hour of services.
Memorials may be directed to the St. Paul's United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund.
