* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Worley
Dorothy I. Worley, 73, of Celina, died July 27, 2006, at Colonial Nursing Center, Rockford.
She was born Feb. 6, 1933, in Stearns, Ky., to John and Amanda Redderick Dawson.
Surviving are a daughter, Karolyn (Dean) Longsworth, Celina; a brother, Edward Dawson, Pineknot, Ky.; five grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Deborah Worley Laudick; three brothers, Ray, Ransom and Gene Dawson; and two sisters, Angus Dawson and Phyllis Adams.
She was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church, Celina.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Cromes Funeral Home, Sidney, the Rev. Alva Daniels officiating. Burial will be at Shelby Memory Gardens, Sidney.
Calling is 12:30-2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
