* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Anthony Cipollone
Anthony J. Cipollone, 67, 516 E. Main St., Coldwater, died at 7 a.m. July 16, 2006, at his residence.
He was born March 13, 1939, in Cincinnati, to Nicole' and Anne Marie Castaldo Cipollone. On May 7, 1984, he married Deborah S. Roop, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, T.C. (Jessica) and Dominic J., all of Celina, and Michael L. King, Saint Marys.
Deceased are two sisters, Mary Pauline Johnsman and Rose Bell.
He retired from the Huffy Bicycle Company, Celina, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Services are 6 p.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, the Rev. Steve Howell officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, Celina, will conduct a military service at the funeral home.
Calling is after 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
