* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Candes Fisher
Candes E. Fisher, 51, 13845 Koenig Road, St. Marys, died at 6:54 a.m. July 14, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. She was suffering from lung cancer.
She was born Oct. 31, 1954, in St. Marys, to Merlin and Mary Rush Gross. On Nov. 23, 1985, she married Daniel L. Fisher, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Korey Fisher, St. Marys, Kevin and Jason Luedeke, both of St. Marys; a step-son, Paul D. Fisher, Celina; three step-daughters, Brenda (Matt) Schneider, New Knoxville, Debbie (Fred) Slade, Greenville, Karen (Russ) Patton, of Blissfield, Mich.; three brothers, Michael Fannon, Mickey Gross and Tim (Nancy) Gross, all of St. Marys; six sisters, Barb (Norm) Coil, Mendon, Karen Auer, Mary Alice Schwartz, Sherry (Bob) Weaver, Brenda (Jerry) Bergman and Sue (Gary) Wicker, all of St. Marys; a grandchild and 11 step-grandchildren.
Deceased are her parents and brother, Fred Fannon.
She was a homemaker.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Buckland Cemetery, Buckland.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
