Sammy Kuck of New Bremen does not mind raindrops in the least as she rides a scooter near her home Tuesday evening. The 6-year-old will be keeping the clear plastic umbrella close at hand as local weather man Dennis Howick predicts thunderstorms today and Thursday before fair skies return.
