The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance Request on the 16th day of February, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by William and Elizabeth Wourms, requests a Variance in the set-back requirements for the property located at 5256 South Pointe Blvd., Celina, OH 45822.
As per Section 1127:33 of the Zoning Code, the side yard set-back is to be 8' from the Utility Lines. The applicants are requesting a Variance of 2' in the side yard set-back for the construction a garage on the property.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE AND PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an application for variance has been submitted by RK Schwieterman LLC, to the Village of Coldwater Board of Appeals for lot 1817 and lot 1818.
Applicant requests a Conditional Use as per Section IV - Use Regulations of Zoning Ordinance No. 1761 for the Village Coldwater for the said properties. The owner is proposing to construct a duplex on lot 1817 which is currently zoned R-2. The owner is proposing to construct a duplex on lot 1818 which is currently zoned C-2 and has a conditional use for a single-family home. The proposed duplexes will require a conditional use from the Board of Zoning Appeals.
The Board of Planning and Zoning Appeals may not act upon this request prior to notification of adjacent property owners. Any such property owner may submit written objections to the office of the Village Manager at 610 West Sycamore Street, Coldwater, OH 45828. Written objections must be received prior to the Board of Appeals Meeting at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday January 21, 2026.
