Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mercer County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., in the Mercer County Commissioners Office, Mercer County Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, OH.
The Board of Commissioners is eligible to apply to the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) for funding under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Small Cities Program, and the Office of Community Development (OCD).
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to provide citizens in all jurisdictions (cities, villages, etc.) with information about the entire PY 2026 Small Cities CDBG Program and PY 2026 HOME Program and to permit discussion of possible applications to the ODOD/OCD.
